    Dr. Aparna Bhardwaj is an outstanding Post- graduate in the domain of Economics from the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya (Bihar). Dr. Bhardwaj is also the recipient of the  Gold Medal at her Post- graduation level. She has published several Research Papers on Indian Planning and policies in National and International Journals.

    Further, it is also worth mentioning that she has published several world class articles on the Indian Economy, both in the Southern Economist and Pratiyogita Darpan.

    Currently, Dr. Bhardwaj is the Post-doctoral fellow from the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya.

    One of her scintillating books ‘Nehru’s Vision to Empower Indian Economy has been released by the hands of the then Prime Minister of India and a leading world Economist Dr. Manmohan Singh in the year 2009 during the 92nd Annual Conference of the IEA held at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar.

    Another of her pioneering books entitled ‘Amartya Sen and Human Development’ was released by none other than the Noble Laureate of Economics Dr. Amartya Sen. It is indeed a matter of pride and glory that her book was released by the greatest icon of Economics Prof. (Dr.) Amartya Sen in the year 2011.

    Another memorable book ‘Employment Trends and Disparities’ was also released by the former RBI Governor and the then 14th Finance Commission Chairman Dr. Y.V. Reddy in the year 2013. It is also worth mentioning that one of her book ‘Inflationary Trends in India’ was released by none other than the then RBI Governor Dr. Raghuram Rajan in the year 2014.

    She is also the proud recipient of the prestigious ‘Kautilya Award’ from the Indian Economic Association in the year 2015.
