    About the Editors

     Prof. Poonam Kumari is currently working as an Assistant Professor with the A.S. College Deoghar, a constituent unit of the reputed Sido Kanhu Murmu University, Dumka (Jharkhand). At the moment, Prof. Kumari is working as a lead Faculty Member in the Department of Education at the A.S. College, Deoghar. Prof. Poonam Kumari has several publications in National and International journals to her credit. She has also authored several books in the domain of Economics.

    Prof. Kumari has more than 21 years of experience as a noted academic. She has also worked with different academic institutions across the country.

    She is also serving as a policy-maker with the Indian Economic Association (IEA). Prof. Poonam Kumari is currently the Executive Committee Member of the Indian Economic Association for the state of Jharkhand. She is also closely associated with various NGOs, and innovative research work. Prof. Kumari is a versatile orator, researcher and a world class teacher.

    Dr. Avinash Kumar earned his Ph.D. from the P.G. Department of Labour and Social Welfare at Magadh University in Bodh-Gaya (Bihar). He is currently a Research Associate on the ICSSR Project RP-89 in the Department of Teacher Education at the Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) in Gaya (Bihar). Dr. Kumar’s research interests include labour and social welfare and he is dedicated to contributing to the academic community through his ongoing research and scholarly activities.

    Dr. Kumar is an active member of the Indian Economic Association (IEA) and The Economic Association of Bihar (EAB).
