    About the Editors
    Tanya Sharma is M.A. in Economics from Patna University, Patna (Bihar). As an outstanding student and having an interest in the economic condition of Bihar in particular and the national and international economic scenario in general, Tanya has witnessed different economic policies on the part of the Government and has comprehended the problems at the level of their execution. Tanya is contributing to the upliftment of the economic condition of nation be it at the policy level or at the level of execution through her academic writings and activities. Tanya has a brilliant academic career and she has contributed the economic fraternity of the nation by participating in different conferences, seminars and her scholarly papers.

    Prof. Tapan Kumar Shandilya, M.A. (Gold Medalist), Ph.D., is presently the Principal of College of Commerce, Arts & Science, Patna, Bihar which is a constituent unit of the newly formed Patliputra University (Formerly Magadh University) and is a NAAC Reaccredited grade ‘A’ college. Prior to this Prof. Shandilya has been the Principal of T.P.S. College, Patna and G.D. College, Begusarai, Bihar. Prof. Shandilya had also been the Vice-Chancellor of V.K.S. University, Ara and Nalanda Open University, Patna. He has also been the Pro-Vice-Chancellor of V.K.S. University, Ara and T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. Dr. Shandilya has been the president of Indian Economic Association (IEA).

    Prof. Shandilya has a vast experience of teaching as well as research of about three decades. He has guided about 4 dozen Ph.D. Research Scholars and has about 100 publications to his credit. He has also been awarded a UGC Project and has authored/edited about twenty books.

    Prof. Shandilya has been actively associated with various National Associations like LEA, EAB and the ISLE. Besides being a regular participant and presenter, both contributed and invited, in various National and International Seminars all over the country, Prof. Shandilya himself has the expertise and experience of organizing about twenty-five Conferences/Seminars.

    Prof. Shandilya has also been a visiting faculty in various reputed intuitions across the country and has also been a member of syndicate of various universities of Bihar. He has also been a member of several academic bodies, examination boards, Academic Councils as well as the advisory board of various institutions and journals of much repute. Prof. Shandilya, has also been a member of Innovation and the Syllabus Formation Committee and Ph.D. Examiner in various Universities across the country. He is not only a highly reputed academician, but also an excellent administrator.
