    Dr. Aparna Bhardwaj is a brilliant and accomplished, Post-Graduate in the domain of Economics from the reputed Magadh University, Bodh-Gaya (Bihar). Dr. Bhardwaj is also the recipient of the coveted Gold Medal at her Post-Graduation level. Dr. Aparna Bhardwaj has to her credit several Research Papers on Indian planning and policies in the National and International journals.

    Further, it is worth mentioning here that she has published various world class Research Manuscripts on the Indian Economy, both in the Southern Economist and Pratiyogita Darpan.

    Dr. Bhardwaj to has to her credit several Research Publications in the Scopus, Web of Science and ABDC indexed journals.

    One of her notable books “Nehru’s Vision to Empower Indian Economy has been released by the hands of the then Prime Minister of India and a leading world Economist Dr. Manmohan Singh in the year 2009 during the 92nd Annual Conference of the Indian Economic Association (IEA) hosted by KIIT University, Bhubaneswar (Odisha).

    It was indeed a proud moment for Dr. Aparna Bhardwaj, when her pioneering book entitled “Amartya Sen and Human Development” was released by none other than the Noble Laureate of Economics Prof. (Dr.)  Amartya Sen.

    Another remarkable book “Employment Trends and Disparities” was released by the Former RBI Governor and the then 14th Finance Commission Chairman Dr. Y.V. Reddy in the year 2023. It is also a matter of great pride and honour that one her scintillating books “Inflation Trends in India” was released by the then RBI Governor Dr. Raghuram Rajan in the year 2014.

    Dr. Aparna Bhardwaj is also the proud recipient of the prestigious “Kautilya Award” from the Indian Economic Association (IEA) in the year 2015 for her outstanding contributions in the domain of Economics.

    Incidentally, Dr. Aparna Bhardwaj is also a Life Member of the Indian Economic Association (IEA) for a few decades. She is also involved in several social work projects carried out by various NGOs in the country.
