    About the Authors
    Dr. Manish Dalal is an Assistant Professor in Faculty of Law, Baba Mast Nath University, Rohtak. Previously he was working as Assistant Professor in Geeta Institute of Law, Panipat in 2017-18. Assistant Professor at MERI Professional & Law Institute, Delhi NCR in 2016-17. He has completed his LL.B. from the University of Delhi in 2005, LL.M. from Noida International University in 2015, UGC-NET in 2015 and Ph.D. from Baba Mast Nath University, Rohtak in 2020. He has vast teaching experience and practical knowledge in the field of Civil & Criminal Law. He has practiced as an advocate for 10 years in District Courts and Punjab & Haryana High Court. He has frequently participated and presented papers in various seminars, workshops and conferences. He has to his credit several research papers that have been published in the Journals of National and International repute.

    Dr. Raj Kumar Yadav is Head & Dean in Faculty of Law, Baba Mast Nath University, Rohtak. Previously he was working as Associate Professor & Head in the Department of Law, Jagan Nath University, Bahadurgarh in 2015-18. Assistant Professor at Raffles University, Neemrana in 2015 and Assistant Professor in Smt. Shanti Devi Law College, Rewari from 2008-15. He has obtained his B.A.LL.B. in 2005, LL.M. in 2007 and Ph.D. in 2010 from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. He has teaching experience in the field of Criminal Law, Law of Torts and Alternate Dispute Resolution. He has been actively engaged in teaching, research and administration since 2008. He has frequently participated and presented papers in various seminars, workshops and conferences. He has authored two books- “Habitual Offenders and the Law” (2007) & “FIR and Role of Police: Legislative and Judicial Trends” (2010). He has edited two books, “Competition Law in New Economy” (2016) & “Intellectual Property Rights and their Implementations” (2017). He has to his credit several research papers that have been published in the Journals of National and International reputes. Under his guidance many Ph.D. scholars have been successfully awarded Ph.D. degree. He is a Life Member of the Indian Society of Criminology and All India Law Teachers Association.
