    About the Editor :
    Dr. Shailesh Kumar is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Bharati College, University of Delhi, Delhi. He has done his M.A., Ph.D. in Economics from B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (Bihar). Dr. Kumar has a good academic career, previously, he worked as lecturer in the Department of Economics at HNB Government P.G. College, Khatima, Udham Singh Nagar and BDP Government P.G. College, Bageshwar (Kumaun University, Nainital). After that he has also worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Economics at SGND Khalsa College, University of Delhi.

    Dr. Kumar has participated in various seminars and conferences and has contributed papers. His articles have been published in reputed journals and edited books. He is also the life member of Indian Economic Association (IEA), Indian Society of Labour Economics and Economic Association of Bihar.
