    About the Editor
    Dr. Rakesh Kumar Singh is working as an Associate Professor in University, Department of Economics, BRA Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (Bihar). He has been teaching post-graduate and M.Phil./Ph.D. students since last seventeen years. Currently he is the Proctor of the University.

    He is the life member of the prestigious association like IEA and Executive Member from Bihar of ISLE, New Delhi. He is Joint Secretary of Economic Association of Bihar and previously an Associate Editor of Bihar Economic Journal. He is specialized in International Trade and Agricultural Economics. He has published three chapters in three books and Co-Author of the book entitled as “Poverty Alleviation in India”. He has presented papers in forty national and international seminars and conferences. He has been worked on a National Research Project sponsored by NUEPA, New Delhi. Seven students have done their Ph.D. under his guidance and six students are enrolled. He was also a member of various academic and non-academic committee of the University.
