    About the Author
    Dr. Govind Singh Rajpal is an eminent legal scholar and researcher. He post-graduated from the University of Bikaner with a Master of Laws (Mercantile Law) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Criminal Law. He then earned his Ph.D. from the University of Bikaner (Rajasthan). For the past ten years, he has been involved in academic administration and research.
    He is currently employed as an Associate Professor at Amity Law School, Amity University Chhattisgarh, Raipur. He supervises a number of Ph.D. research scholars, and four of them have already been awarded doctorates. He has more than twenty research papers published in national and international journals of repute.
