Dr. Rubi Talukdar did her LLM (Constitutional Law) and MA (Political Science) from Gauhati University (Assam). She has completed her Ph.D. degree in Law from Siksha O Anusandhan (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar (Odisha). She is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law in SNIL (Faculty of Legal Studies) under Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar. Dr. Talukdar has done Refresher Courses, Certificate Courses, Post Graduate Diploma (In Human Rights, Protection of Child Rights, Legal Education, Intellectual Property Rights & Legal Research Methodology). She has published her Research Articles in Scopus indexed peer reviewed National & International Journals, also she has presented research papers in National & International Conferences and Seminars. She has also associated with National and International Journals such as International Journal of Humanities and Social Science, Journal of Advances in Medicine and Medical Research, Journal of Advances in Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences etc. as a Reviewer. Her specific research areas are Medico-Legal issues as well as Human Rights.
Prof. (Dr.) Prabir Kumar Pattnaik is presently working as a Professor and Addl. Dean (R&D) in SNIL (Faculty of Legal Studies) under Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar (Odisha). He is a life member of Indian Criminological Society, Madras & Central Board of Film Certification, Member (Eastern Zone) 1996. Prior to this he has also working teaching experiences in Xavier University, Bhubaneswar, Staff Training Institute (STI) Prasar Bharati, Bhubaneswar, Orissa Judicial Academy, Orissa High Court, Cuttack (Odisha), Gopabandhu Academy Administrative Service, Government of Odisha, Orissa Police Academy, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar, Mahatma Gandhi Academy of Prisons and Correctional Services, BBSR Odisha, KIITS Business Law School, KIITS University, Bhubaneswar & University Law College, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. Dr. Pattnaik has published more than 50 Research Articles in Scopus, UGC and other peer reviewed Journals. He has been associated with 5 International Journals as a Reviewer. Dr. Pattnaik has 30 years Research Experience (Ph.D. Scholars: 15 Awarded, Research Project: 4, Ph.D. Thesis Evaluated: 25).
