The Book
The introduction of GST is truly a game-changer for the Indian economy as it has replaced a multi-layered, complex indirect tax structure with a simple, transparent and technology-driven tax regime. The Editor
Dr. Md. Tabrez Ahmad born May 15, 1976, is an eminent scholar and researcher. He has done his M.A., LLB, and Ph.D. degree from T.M.B.U. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur (Bihar). Presently he is teaching at M.M. Inter College, Bhagalpur (Bihar).
Dr. Md. Tabrez had participated in several seminars and conferences and has presented papers. His several articles have been published in reputed journals. He has authored a book “Role of Commercial Banks in the Development of Agriculture and Social Change”. He has also edited the book “Privatisation and Professionalism of Education”.
He is a life member of the Indian Economic Association (IEA) and Economic Association of Bihar (EAB).
