    About the Editor :
    Dr. Abhishek Kumar is working as an Associate Professor in KIIT School of Management, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar (Odisha). Dr. Kumar has more than fourteen years of varied experience in industry, academia and research. He has forty-three publications in National and International journals (ABDC & Scopus indexed) and authored nine books in the field of Management, Economics and Monetary Policies. Six research scholars have been awarded Ph.D. under his supervision and he is currently guiding seven more Ph.D. scholars.

    Dr. Kumar has been awarded with prestigious Dr. Asha Sablok Memorial Gold Medal for the best research paper in the IEA 2014 Annual Conference by the hands of the then RBI Governor, Dr. Raghuram Rajan. Beside this he has got several other awards from the industry and academia.

    KIIT University acknowledged the outstanding performance of Dr. Kumar and awarded him “Best Faculty for the year 2018”. He is also closely associated with various NGOs, corporate consultancies and innovative research works.

    For the outstanding contribution of the Author in the field of Economics, Prof. (Dr.) Kumar has been awarded “KAUTILYA ARTHASHASTRA AWARD 2016” by Economic Association of Bihar.

    Prof. Ipseeta Satpathy is a Senior Professor in KIIT School of Management, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar (Odisha). Dr. Satpathy has over nineteen years of experience in research, teaching, and administration in KIIT University. She has authored five text books and published more than one hundred eighty-five research papers in Scopus indexed and ABDC journals and fourteen of her Scholars have been awarded Ph.D.

    Prof. Satpathy is a former visiting Faculty to Lynchburg College, Virginia, USA and has won the prestigious Oxford Journal Distinguished Research Professor Award.
