    Dr. Raj Kumar Yadav is Head & Dean in Faculty of Law, Baba Mast Nath University, Rohtak (Haryana) since 2018. Previously he was working as Associate Professor & Head in the Department of Law, Jagan Nath University, Bahadurgarh in 2015-18. Assistant Professor in Raffles University, Neemrana in 2015 and Assistant Professor in Smt. Shanti Devi Law College, Rewari in 2008-15. He has obtained his B.A. LL.B. degree in 2005, LL.M. in 2007, and Ph.D. in 2010 from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. He has teaching experience in the field of Criminal Law, Law of Torts and Alternate Dispute Resolution. He has been actively engaged in teaching, research and administration since 2008. He has frequently participated and presented papers in various seminars, workshops and conferences. Seven books are to his credit including two authored books: “Habitual Offenders and the Law” (2017) and “FIR and Role of Police: Legislative and Judicial Trends” (2017) and three edited books, “Competition Law in New Economy” (2016), “Intellectual Property Rights and their Implementations” (2017) published by Jagan Nath University, Bahadurgarh & “Criminal Law Reforms in India: Recent Issues and Challenges” (2021) and two co-authored books, “Reservation: A Fundamental Right in India” with Rajdeep Singh (2020) & “Marital Rape: The Indian and Global Perspective” with Dr. Manish Dalal (2021). He has to his credit several research papers which have been published in the Journals of National and International repute. He has guided nine Ph.D.’s. He is Life member of All India Law Teachers Association, Indian Society of Criminology and Rajasthan Sociological Association.
