    About the Editor :
    Dr. Shailesh Kumar is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Bharati College, University of Delhi, Delhi. He has done his M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (Bihar). Dr. Kumar has a good academic career. Previously, he worked as lecturer in the Department of Economics, H.N.B. Government P.G. College, Khatima, Udham Singh Nagar and B.D.P. Government P.G. College, Bageshwar (Kumaun University, Nainital), (Uttarakhand). After that he has also worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Economics at S.G.N.D. Khalsa College, University of Delhi, Delhi.

    Dr. Kumar has participated in various seminars and conferences and has contributed papers. His articles have been published in reputed journals and edited books. He has also edited two books of Indian Economic Association titled “Employment and Economic Growth : Policies and Strategies” published in 2016 and “Macro Economic Performance Related to Revenue : An Overview” published in 2017 respectively. He is also the life member of Indian Economic Association, Indian Society of Labour Economics and Economic Association of Bihar.
