The Author
Mr. Rup Kumar is a distinguished Advocate at the Civil Court, Bhagalpur, hailing from an educated family in Khathela village, located in the Khariak block of Bhagalpur district, Bihar. He is the younger son of the late Ramanand Chaudhary, who was a teacher by profession. His paternal grandfather, the late Vashisth Narayan Chaudhary, was also a teacher, and his maternal uncle, the late Bhupneshwar Singh Bhuvan, was a prominent freedom fighter and a renowned criminal lawyer in Bhagalpur. Additionally, Rup Kumar’s paternal uncle, the late Mahesh Narayan Chaudhary, was a well-known advocate at the Katihar Court, who made significant contributions in the field of law.
Rup Kumar has earned his law degrees (LLB, LLM & MJMC) and has also completed a Master’s degree in Journalism, showcasing his diverse knowledge and perspectives. His numerous research papers in the legal field have been published, further attesting to his deep understanding and commitment.
