    About the Authors

    Mr. Rup Kumar is an Advocate and Legal Consultant at Civil Court Bhagalpur, specializing in criminal, civil, banking, educational, revenue, cyber law and other legal disputes. He holds an LL.B.  LL.M. & P.G. Certificate in Cyber Law and is dedicated to ensuring fair justice through mediation and legal intervention. Additionally, he has a Master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. Actively involved in social work, he strives to provide legal support to the underprivileged, with a strong belief in the motto: “Justice for all”.

    Dr. Ritu Kumari is an Assistant Professor (Guest) in Economics Subject at TNB College, Bhagalpur, in Tilka Manjhi University Bhagalpur (Bihar). With a Ph.D. in Economics, she specializes in economic development, Agriculture, financial literacy, and rural economic policies. Her research focuses on the role of Technology in transforming India’s economy, particularly in states like Bihar. Coming from a family deeply rooted in education, she acknowledges the invaluable support of her grandfather, Shri Rameshwar Prasad Choudhary, her Late Father-in-Law Late Ramanand Choudhary, late mothers Manorama Devi, Mother-in-Law Smt. Manju Devi and her parents, and her extended family in shaping her academic journey.

    Ms. Nitu Kumari is an Economics graduate from S.M. College, Bhagalpur and currently serves as a Bank Officer. With expertise in banking, finance, and IT, she works actively to ensure better access to banking services, especially for women poor people and economically weaker sections. She is committed to financial inclusion and strives to make banking more accessible for the common people.
