About the Authors
Dr. Ashish Alok holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and a Bachelor of Engineering from B.I.T. Mesra. An alumnus of the prestigious Netarhat Residential School, Dr. Alok is a distinguished academician and researcher specializing in tribal studies. He is also associated with Tribal Research Institute, Ranchi where his research acumen and logical expression were recognized were given a more focused course and direction. His research papers related to Good Governance and e-Governance have been published in reputed Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi. He is associated as a resource person at S.K.I.P.A., Ranchi. He is a writer of book “Good Governance in India (E-Governance : Origin, Concept and Challenges). He has been conferred “Vishistha Sewa Samman” in year 2019 by Lok Sewa Samiti, Ranchi, Jharkhand in the category of Early Childhood Education.
Mrs. Nimisha Sinha is an Assistant Professor at Amity Law School, Ranchi, specializing in cybercrime laws and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). Her research focuses on the effectiveness of cybercrime laws and jurisdictional challenges, with a particular emphasis on Jharkhand.
